At The Farmhouse, our therapeutic children's home in Great Haywood, Staffordshire, we provide a safe, nurturing home for up to three children aged 5–12 who have experienced significant early-life trauma.

Using our unique Prep4Fostering model, we help children heal, grow and develop the confidence and emotional resilience they need to move into loving, long-term foster families.

This is your opportunity to become part of a close-knit, supportive team that truly changes lives.

Why Join Us?

A small, family-style home where you can build meaningful relationships with children.

*

A trauma-informed, therapeutic approach that puts children first.

*

Ongoing support and guidance from our dedicated Clinical Psychologist.

Excellent training and professional development opportunities.

*

A supportive management team who value your wellbeing and career progression.

*

The opportunity to progress into a Senior Residential Support Worker role if you're ready for the next step.

*

Maintain accurate records and contribute to personalised care plans.

No two days are the same—but every day gives you the chance to make a lasting impact.
