The successful Registered Manager / Care Home Manager applicant must have overseen compliant homes. Care Home Manager candidates should have strong experience of improving occupancy and delivering high calibre care. Care Home Manager Requirements:
- Experience as a Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager / Residential Care Manager
- Experience of elderly care / dementia care
- Strong CQC knowledge
- Good communication and business skills
