The successful Registered Manager / Care Home Manager applicant must have overseen compliant homes. Care Home Manager candidates should have strong experience of improving occupancy and delivering high calibre care. You should have strong dementia knowledge and you should have knowledge of complex care etc.


Care Home Manager Requirements:
- Experience as a Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager / Residential Care Manager
- Experience of elderly care / dementia care
- Strong CQC knowledge
- Good communication and business skills
