The role

As a Resident Services Associate, you'll play a central role in creating an exceptional experience for every resident.

From welcoming new residents to supporting the day-to-day operation of the building, you'll ensure every interaction reflects the high standards our client is known for.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering a welcoming front of house experience.
Supporting resident move-ins, move-outs and property inspections.
Responding to resident enquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Managing amenity bookings, parcel handling and daily administration.
Supporting the lettings process and resident onboarding.
Coordinating contractors and helping maintain outstanding building standards.
Assisting with resident events that help build a strong community.
Maintaining accurate records and operational documentation.

The skills you'll bring

We're looking for someone who has:

Working knowledge gained within hospitality, travel, residential property or another customer-focused environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to build positive relationships with residents, colleagues and contractors.
A flexible approach and a willingness to support the wider team.
Good IT and administrative skills.
A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
