Position: Resident Liaison Officer
Location: London
Hours: 20-25 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a construction environment, understanding on-site operations.
Strong computer literacy skills.
Valid UK Driving License.
Key Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Effective networking abilities.
Proficient reporting skills, including data collation, recording, and analysis.
Capability to handle tense situations with sensitivity and diplomacy.
Political awareness and the ability to collaborate with both customers and project teams.
Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
Good understanding of the construction industry.
Experience working directly with residents, tenants, communities, and TRAs.
