We are seeking for a resident liaison officer to join our team.

Here are the details of the position:

Location: Birmingham, B11

Start Date: ASAP
Payrate: £14.87ph + holiday pay of £1.79ph
Working Arrangement: Mon-Fri
Temp to perm £29,000

Role:

Will be responsible for booking and attending Kitchen and Bathroom survey and design appts and also cover as a CLO to support the tenants having the physical works when required.
