Resident Liaison Officer
Rate: £14.00ph (Personal CIS)
Location: Coventry
Hours: 45 hours per week
Contract: Temp to Perm
Nelson Permanent Placements are currently looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to start work with a leading housing solutions company on a project over in Coventry. They specialise within EWI works on existing properties.
Our client require Resident Liaison Officer to work closely with the local authority in assisting tenants with everyday queries, issues and being the first point of contact in supporting tenants with potential property issues that may arise.
Resident Liaison Officer Requirements:
* A Valid CSCS Site Card or equivalent.
* 2-3 years’ experience as a Tenant/Resident Liaison Officer (within domestic/social settings).
