Description:
We have an excellent opportunity for a Residential Liaison Officer to join a large main contractor working in the Wiltshire areas between Swindon and Marlborough.
You will be working as the first point of contact between the site teams and the residents, to ensure the residents are informed at all stages of the works due to take place in their homes. You will also deal with customer complaints and provide support to vulnerable residents.
This role is customer facing and full time on site, you must also hold a full drivers license and have use of a vehicle as the sites and properties are spread out. You must also hold a CSCS card
