Design and Build of a collection of 293 one- and two-bedroom apartments and two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.

Development of a mix of 89 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments along with two- and three-bedroom family townhouses across two neighbouring sites.

The Role:
Our client require an Resident Liaison Officer for a refurbishment job in Camden on a 6-month FTC with the potential to go permanent for the right person.
Duties:
* Visit tenants with portfolio of relevant works and design briefs.
* Picture surveys
* Communicate with tenant throughout works programme
* Be the link between tenant and Site/Project Manager
* Administration/record keeping
* Daily line management meetings
* Make initial contact with tenants
* Build customer confidence
* Explain all aspects of improvement work
* Identify Customer needs (working parents/shift patterns/health issues etc).
* Open forum client/management meeting.
* Book appointments with tenants
Previous Experience:
Previous experience as an RLO / Tenant Liaison Officer is essential. Good IT knowledge and the successful candidate will have good leadership & communication
