Company Overview:

A top Construction company with a turnover exceeding £100 million, specializing in refurbishment and new build projects, is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer for a project in Bromley, London.

Position Overview:

The Resident Liaison Officer will work alongside the Project Manager to ensure effective communication and management of client and resident expectations. This role involves troubleshooting issues, managing enquiries, and promoting community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and residents, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns promptly.

* Resolve issues and manage client expectations to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

* Participate in client progress meetings and on-site team meetings, fostering community engagement and ensuring project goals are met.

* Handle enquiries related to all aspects of services provided, ensuring residents are well-informed and supported.

* Perform pre- and post-project surveys to assess resident satisfaction and identify any issues.

* Distribute newsletters, flyers, and other communications to keep residents informed about project progress and upcoming activities.

* Handle and resolve complaints from residents promptly and effectively, maintaining a log of complaints and their resolutions.

* Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure that resident concerns are being addressed.

* Organize and lead consultation meetings with residents to discuss project plans and address any concerns.

* Provide support and advice to residents, particularly those who may need extra assistance due to age, disability, or other factors.

* Coordinate with local authorities, social services, and other external agencies to support residents as needed.

* Maintain accurate records of all interactions with residents, including meetings, complaints, and resolutions.

* Ensure that health and safety regulations are communicated to residents and adhered to during project execution.

* Collect feedback from residents during and after the project to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

* Ensure all communication and engagement activities are culturally sensitive and inclusive.

* Develop and implement contingency plans for dealing with emergencies and unexpected issues that may arise during the project.

* Provide training and mentoring to new RLOs or other staff members as needed.

Requirements:

* Driving License and Own Vehicle: Essential for travel to and from the project site
