Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) – Kitchen & Bathroom Works
Location: NW10 and surrounding areas
Salary: £32,000–£34,000 £4,560 car allowance
Contract: Temp-to-Perm
Start: Immediate
We are currently looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a kitchen and bathroom contract covering NW10 and the surrounding areas.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone with experience in social housing, planned maintenance or kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the works.
Coordinate access and appointments with tenants and site teams.
Keep residents informed of project progress and any potential disruption.
Handle resident queries and resolve issues professionally.
Build positive relationships with residents, contractors and clients.
Support the smooth delivery of the works programme.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer within social housing or planned works.
Experience working on kitchen and bathroom programmes would be advantageous.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Permanent salary of £32,000–£34,000, depending on experience.
