Description:

TSA Surveying is working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy based in Bristol. Our client is in search of a a Resident Liaison Officer to work in their fast-growing housing division.

You will be the primarily point of contact between tenants, surveyors, and other contractors. For example, you will inform tenants of the necessity of works being done, in order to bring them on board and maintain a high standard of resident engagement.

You’ll respond and react to customer feedback in order to deliver satisfaction.

This role is part time (3 days a week), and is based in Brisol.

What you’ll need

* Previous experience of working in a customer or resident facing role.

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong IT skills and the utilisation of Microsoft Office tools in order to present reports and analyse data

* Prior experience of working within a social housing environment is desirable

* The ability to communicate in a diplomatic manner
