Description:

I am seeking a Resident Liaison to work with a leading contractor for to work on projects in central Bristol.

As a Resident Liaison officer you will be responsible for managing the projects relationship with residents living in and around the projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Informing residents of any planned work
Act as the face of the project with residents
Collate and provide a response to any queries from residents or the public regarding the project
Maintain records of issue resolved and communication with residents for reporting to client.

A back ground working in construction is helpful but not a must, though the successful candidate will need to be IT literate (familiar with MS Office software), able to organise their own work, and demonstrate good communication skills.
