Resident Liaison Officer
Location: Sheffield
Contract: Temporary
Rate: £21.41 per hour
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support residents throughout housing maintenance and refurbishment works in Sheffield.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout works.
* Keep residents informed about upcoming works, access requirements and timescales.
* Arrange appointments and manage resident access.
* Deal with queries, concerns and complaints professionally.
* Liaise with contractors, site teams and housing management.
* Carry out resident visits and provide regular updates.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure resident issues are followed up.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar role.
* Experience within social housing, repairs, maintenance or refurbishment.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Confident dealing with residents and contractors.
* Good organisational and administration skills.
