Position: Residential Liaison Officer/Site Administrator
Location: Brighton
Start Date: Immediate
Freelance ongoing contract
Project Overview:
Join a dynamic team for a large Tier 1 Contractor in Brighton where they are transforming a £90M+ campus project to be delivered over two phases. The project consists of new academic buildings, and enhanced social and fitness facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for residents
* Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly
* Cover all Site Administration duties
* Facilitate communication between residents and project teams
* Basic administration on CRM, Microsoft Office
* Attend client and project team meetings
* Ensure smooth and efficient operations within the residential areas
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong experience as an RLO or Site Administrator preferably with a Main Contractor
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
* MUST be available IMMEDIATELY
