The primary focus of this role will be to conduct planned preventative, Multi-disciplined maintenance and reactive works to the buildings plant, equipment, and systems, as well as respond to site engineering emergencies on behalf of clients.

Description

The primary focus of this role will be to conduct planned preventative, Multi-disciplined maintenance and reactive works to the buildings plant, equipment, and systems
Respond to site engineering emergencies on behalf of our clients
Record all reactive and PPM tasks accurately and in detail using report sheets and ensure signed by the client weekly.
Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks conducted to provide safe working practices.
Supervise subcontractors effectively
Ensure compliance with all Company policies and proceduresProfile

A working knowledge and a understanding of the functionality of AHU's, Generators, UPS, A/C, Building Management System will be required
Having the relevant qualifications and experience for your discipline - 18th Edition is ideal, 17th Edition is a minimum (must be willing to complete 18th Edition, supported byt he company)
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Willing to work 1 in 3 weeks on call (over night & on the weekend, Monday to Sunday)Job Offer
