This established hotel & spa brandis looking to add a Reservations Manager to lead their established team of Reservation Advisors and Administrators. You would have direct responsibility for 3 Assistant Managers as well as the performance of the reservations team overall. Reporting to This is a dynamic environment where the Reservations Manager will play a key role in setting the direction and culture of the team and whilst managing the performance of the team overall.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Reservations Manager:

Develop, coach and support the reservation agents to ensure excellent customer service and that revenue targets are met.
Drive continuous improvement across both customer interaction and service, as well as products and packages.
Work in partnership with the commercial team on creative sales initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a team leading or management role within a sales environment, travel agency or other B2C environment
Commercial background with an understanding of a sales environment
Passionate about providing a high level of customer service from the very first enquiry
