We're looking for an experienced Reservations Manager to join a well-established hotel in Hemel Hempstead. Key Responsibilities:
This varied role combines managing reservations with planning and coordinating events. You'll be responsible for:
Overseeing booking processes and ensuring reservations are accurate
Coordinating events from the initial enquiry through to execution
Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and deliver excellent service
Managing event logistics and liaising with internal teams and suppliers
Ensuring bookings are fully documented and enquiries are handled promptly
