Reservations Support Specialist | Hybrid | Surrey | £32k - £34k
Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a leading travel company who are recruiting a Reservations Support Specialist to join their team.
The Role:
As Reservations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting customers and travel agency partners with post booking enquiries. Being the point of contact for any changes that may be needed on a booking, to communicate any schedule changes, preparing travel documentation, and supporting group charter reservations. In addition to this, you'll also cover sales from time to time, supporting the sales team during busy periods.
You Will Have:
* Previous experience working in a travel operations or sales team
* A genuine passion for luxury travel
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
* A team player and self starter attitude
* Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
* Ability to manage workload and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Additional Info:
* £32,000 to £34,000 plus incentives
* Hybrid working model - 3 days in the office
* Travel benefits
* 28 days leave, including bank holildays
* Monday to Friday role
