Our client secondary school based in Knowsley are looking to appoint a pro-active and dedicated Reprographics Technician on temporary full-time basis to start ASAP.
Main Responsibilities:
To provide confidential, high quality, efficient and comprehensive administrative support including the preparation of documents and reports to whole school departments.
To provide an efficient and effective reprographic service to the whole school
Schedule, monitor and organise the flow of job requests to the Reprographics Department ensuring all work is produced within necessary time frames.
Produce Reprographics reports. Previous experience in an administrative role is desired.
You will require:
Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to process one
Experience working in an office environment
Empathetic outlook
Full and complete 10-year career history
Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
Legal right to work in the UK
