Description:
We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Design sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Reprographics Officer for a school in Moorgate, London.
Fixed term contract 9-12 months - working 5 days per week in the school and outside of term-time.
£30,180 - £33,120 per annum (pro-rata)
Reprographics Officer’s Core Duties
* Print and copy documents as requested by staff
* Oversee and order stationery and reprographics supplies
* Upload security passes for pupils, staff and visitors to the system
* Provide cover for the Reception and Facilities teams as necessary
* Arrange repairs of reprographics equipment with external contractors
* Frank all outgoing post and sort for collection
* Update system with new joiners and leavers
Reprographics Officer’s Skills Required
* Previous experience working within Reprographics
* Experience working within a school or college (desirable)
* Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
* Ability to use own initiative
* Good experience with using photocopiers and printers
* Good IT skills, including MS Office (word and outlook)
* Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
