We have a contract opportunity for a Reporting and Business Intelligence Analyst to be based on a clients' site in Bristol

ROLE PURPOSE

The Reporting & Business Intelligence Analyst supports the Documents, Records & Completions function by delivering accurate, timely and insightful management information. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining a single source of truth for departmental reporting, creating Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting and performance analytics that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience 

Essential/Key attributes

Advanced Power BI and reporting experience.
       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight.
       Experience working with large datasets from multiple systems and data sources.
       Experience developing KPI frameworks, dashboards and management information.
       Strong focus on data quality, accuracy and reporting consistency.
       Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and influence positive outcomes.
       Experience improving and automating reporting processes.
       Degree qualified, or equivalent relevant experience.

Desirable

Experience within major construction, engineering or infrastructure projects.
      Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
       Experience supporting Quality, Completions, Document Control or Records Management functions through reporting and analytics.
       Knowledge of Nuclear Site Licence Conditions, particularly LC6.
       Previous experience within the nuclear industry
