Are you a Repairs Surveyor looking for an exciting new full-time role within a well-supported and flexible Local Authority?
We have a great opportunity to join our Client's Property Asset Management team in Berkshire with hybrid working.
Package
£41,000 for full time 37 hours working week. Package includes:

Role
Responsibility for the organization and overseeing the reactive maintenance and repairs of Council owned properties, in an efficient and effective manner.
·To affect the implementation of the Council's policies concerning the maintenance of the Council's Housing property portfolio.
·To advise, diagnose and specify maintenance work required to mitigate disrepair challenges.
·To diagnose and specify maintenance work required to eliminate damp and mould within the Councils housing stock.
·To assist, when required, in carrying out condition surveys as part of the Council's wider stock condition/asset management plan.
Candidates will need to have: -
·MUST - UK resident
·MUST - 5 years' experience working in social housing maintenance sector (either local authority or housing association)
·Qualified to HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant Building Discipline
