Repairs Project Officer
*Mostly an office based role*
*35 hours per week*
The role:
The provision of robust Damp related works/projects and administrative support to key staff to ensure excellent service to customers and the smooth running of Damp works/projects.
To support and assist with the management of departmental or section email boxes, calendars and process, record and respond to emails as required
To assist with the collection of technical data and performance indicators from staff, contractors, other departments
Key Skills and experience
Experience working in a repairs / maintenance / construction environment would be desirable
