Location: Hutton

Rate: Up to £19ph

Contract: Temp to Perm

Fortus Recruitment are currently working with a well-established organisation who are looking for an experienced Repairs Planner to join their team in Hutton on a temp-to-perm basis.

The role will involve coordinating and scheduling repairs, managing operative diaries and ensuring works are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and scheduling repairs and maintenance works

Allocating jobs to operatives and managing diaries

Booking appointments with residents and customers

Liaising with operatives, subcontractors and internal teams

Keeping customers updated on repairs and appointments

Monitoring outstanding jobs and ensuring works are progressed

Managing access issues, cancellations and rebooking

Dealing with customer queries and escalating issues where required

Maintaining accurate records and updating relevant systems

Ensuring jobs are completed within agreed timescales and SLAs

General administration and support within the repairs team

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience as a Repairs Planner, Planner, Scheduler or similar

Experience within social housing, property services, repairs or maintenance is desirable

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Confident managing a busy workload and prioritising tasks

Good IT and Microsoft Office skills

Proactive and professional approach

Ability to work well under pressure
