Responsiblities
keeping fire risk works order data up to date
raising purchase orders
collating data
planning trade diaries
raising and planning follow ons
liaising with subbys
Requirements
Knowledge of inventory management including in-house and external supply chains
Previous experience in a similar role with a housing association or council
Good understanding of repairs types, prioritisation and timeframes, trades and materials, stock and asset information
Good Customer Service Skills
Contract
Initial 3 to 6 month ongoing contract with the opportunity to extend
PAYE via Umbrella
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
