Prepare detailed schedules of work and specifications for projects.
Manage contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of works.
Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
Carry out pre- and post-inspections of completed works.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Provide regular progress updates to relevant stakeholders.

A successful Repairs & Planned Works Surveyor should have:
