Description:
My client based in Moray is looking to appoint to a Repairs Officer/Inspector role working on their Housing Stock.
To undertake estate inspections ensuring footpaths, walkways, walls, fencing, communal lighting and doors checking are in good the condition and working order and where necessary raise works orders for the associated repairs to be undertaken.
To protect the Council's repairs and maintenance budgets by actively controlling expenditure and ensuring that all repairs ordered offer the Council value for money
To prepare information, including briefs, specifications, drawings and schedules for the Design Group, Building Services DLO, other consultants and contractors as required.
Contract Length: 3 Months.
Rate: £negotiable DOE.
Working Pattern: Full/Part Time - On Site Working.
