Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Repairs Consultant to work with one of our Local Authority clients in East London.
Responsibilities
* Team restructures and improvement of repairs
* Management of damp & mould and disrepair
* Recommendations for improvements to the repairs service going forward
What you will need
* Experience in Senior Repairs and Maintenance Consultant, experienced Change Manager, experienced in dealing with legal disrepair.
