Description:

Contract Scotland has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Repairs Coordinator to join our client based in Ayr. This is a full time, temporary position for around 3 months and offers a competitive pay rate and weekly pay.

This role is Monday to Friday, 35 hours each week and is office based however hybrid could be considered.

You will be working as part of a busy and fast paced team and will ideally have repairs experience or housing management system experience. This is a varied role where duties will include:

Supporting the team with day-to-day enquiries regarding repairs and maintenance.
Recording repair requests and issuing repair notifications to tenants.
Providing admin assistance with the team’s inbox and all email enquiries
Co-ordinating and monitoring access arrangements and keeping tenants advised of progress.
Issuing computerised repair orders to contractors, when required.
Liaising with all repairs and maintenance contractors to ensure service delivery is in line with performance targets.
Updating property databases to ensure all information is recorded accurately
Carrying out pre and post inspection administration
Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all repairs reported and ordered
Logging referrals for issue to Technical Services Officers.
Monitoring monthly performance information for Managers and Board.
Identifying rechargeable repairs at point of raising repair order.
Checking and completing invoices and sending outstanding jobs to contractors as directed, for reactive repairs
Ensuring all complaints are logged and escalated, where required
Providing excellent customer service
You will be an experienced administrator with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced and changeable environment. Previous experience of working in a similar role in the social housing sector would be an advantage.
