Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor
Truro - Mid Cornwall
Resourcing Group is working together with a local maintenance contractor based in Mid Cornwall. The company specialise in carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive repairs and maintenance, specifically operating on behalf of public sector landlords and more so, with in domestic properties.
They have a new contract mobilising with an existing client that is in need of a Supervisor to lead the trade people and ensure the day to day smooth running of the contract at ground level.
The works will include small jobs, differing from day to day.
The role will include managing the direct delivery staff as well as some contractors alike. Being the day to day on site point of escalation for tenants, client and staff. Managing the schedule of works with support from the coorindators in the local offices as well as from your line Manager, the local contracts manager.
Essential
Social housing maintenance experience
Full UK Driving license
Repairs experience
