I am currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Advisor to join a busy housing repairs team on a 10-month ongoing contract based in East London.
???? Rate: £20.12 - £23.22 per hour Umbrella
???? Hours: 35 hours per week
???? Location: East London
???? Working Pattern: Office-based during training, then hybrid (3-4 days in office)
???? Interviews: MS Teams
???? Key responsibilities include:
* Handling resident repair enquiries via phone, email, and online systems
* Logging, diagnosing, and scheduling repairs
* Liaising with contractors and internal teams
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Ensuring properties remain safe, warm, and compliant
