Position: Repairs Administrator
Join a Housing Association's property services repair team as a Repairs Administrator. In this role, you will:
* Act as the first point of contact for enquiries related to repairs
* Raise orders and book appointments
* Liaise with residents, colleagues, and contractors
We are looking for a well-organized and experienced administrator who is proactive, confident, and detail-oriented. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Contract Details:
* Initial three-month contract with the likelihood of extension
* Pay: £16 per hour (Umbrella Rate)
