Renewable Energy Project Manager
* Location: Sidcup, Southeast London

* Salary: £40,000- £60,000 + bonus scheme and a company car

We are looking for an experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead renewable energy projects and overlook the team of Engineers and Electricians in our client’s new office in Sidcup on the full-time permanent basis.
The role will include interface with the client to gain approvals and updates, supporting the procurement activity and leading a team to ensure site activity follow agreed time frames and budgets.
Key duties:
* To project manage within the renewable energy industry (33kV - 400kV, BESS / similar experience desired).
* Lead all client interface activities and ownership of deliverables in relation to the installation, and commissioning of electrical scopes of work.
* Ensuring a high standard of Health and Safety is maintained throughout the project duration, liaising with the EHS department when required.
* Lead the team of Engineers and Solar Electricians
* Provide stakeholder and subcontractor management and communicate detailed project updates to the client and internal organisation.
* Ensure the contractual agreements are adhered to throughout the project and mitigate any issues
Requirements:
* 3 + years Project Management within the UK renewable energy industry or construction industry
* Experience working on UK substations, 33kV, 66kV, 132kV, 275kV, 400kV.
* Willing to commute to site on a regular basis.
* Estimation of 2-3 days on site.
* Project Management related qualification or training is desirable APM, PRINCE2 or PMI – desirable but not essential
* Proven experience with stakeholder management, commercial management, and client interfacing
