Removals Van Drivers - Ongoing Temporary Work
We're currently recruiting reliable Removals Van Drivers for a well-established distribution contract based in the Hayes area.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday and flexibility over weekend
Working Hours: Start times from 07:00 - working 8 -10hrs per day
Job Responsibilities for a removals van drivers:
Driving a 3.5 tonne vehicle locally and nationwide.
You will also act as a porter, which involves loading the contents of one property and unloading at another.
Contents includes furniture, goods & boxes up to 25kg.
Physically fit.
Dismantle & reassemble customer's furniture.
Loading & unloading vans/properties & storage units.
Wrapping / covering / protecting customer's furniture & belongings.
Packing boxes
Pay Rates:
Monday to Friday: £14.00 - £16.50 per hour ( Weekday and Weekend rates)
Job Requirements:
Punctuality & reliability are essential.
