The successful Remote Property Solicitor will handle a range of residential conveyancing and some commercial property transactions.
The Role: Remote Property Solicitor:
Managing a full caseload of commercial and residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
The majority of the work is either purely commercial property or residential transactions for property investors, often involving a semi-commercial aspect.
Acting as the lead lawyer for this area of work, managing matters independently without the need for senior supervision.
Working closely with clients, referrers, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process.
Delivering excellent service to a loyal client base and trusted network of referrers.
Ensuring all transactions are handled with precision, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Demonstrating the ability to work independently, managing your workload without direct supervision.
