Remote HR Assistant role

So you wake up, get dressed and have breakfast, take the dog for a walk or do the school run and then are ready to work.
Then, simply fire up your computer from home, no heavy traffic to contend with and no office to get to for 9am.

We are looking for an HR Assistant to work remotely from their home on a self-employed basis to join Foreshore HR to support with:

- help with preparing HR contracts and handbooks
- assisting with employee letter creation
- maintaining an HR system
- supporting with sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance cases
- updating HR policies
- advising clients on basic HR queries

Ideally your skills and experience will include:
- at least 2 years of HR experience
- qualified to level 3 CIPD
- excellent Microsoft Word skills
- working knowledge of using Canva
- experience of effectively working from home
- experience of being self-employed and managing/recording your hours

In return we'll offer:
- autonomy to manage your own work and time around your home life
- flexibility to carry out your role between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday
- Give you up to 5 hours of work per week to begin with
- £15 per hour on a self employed basis
- opportunity to assist the business owner with HR client meetings and networking events
