The Role
This is an entry-level position accounts assistant position with no prior experience required, as the successful candidate(s) will receive training from an entry-level to a senior level from one of our senior accountants, and is the perfect position if you are looking to start a career in accountancy.
Examples of work you'll initially be responsible for include:
* Bookkeeping
* Purchase/Sales Ledger
* Preparation of Financial Accounts
* Bank Reconciliations
What we're looking for
What's important to us is someone that truly is passionate about accounting and determined to start a long-term career in this field. We want someone who is willing to learn and work hard to have a successful accounting career with us, and we will provide you with all the support you need to be the best accountant you can be.
Ideally you'll have a degree in Accounting, or studying your AAT or ACCA, or have experience as an accountant from abroad, and you're looking to climb the ladder again.
It is essental you are Sage 50 Qualified for this role (we can help you get this before forwarding your application for this role, if you haven't already got this).
The hours will be 9AM - 5PM, with part time opportunities available.
