Join Beacon Cymru and play a key role in delivering major fire safety and property remediation projects across our organisation. You'll lead programmes of work including cladding, fire doors, compartmentation, sprinklers and other building safety improvements, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Working closely with residents, contractors, consultants and stakeholders, you'll help ensure our homes meet regulatory standards while providing an excellent customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager with strong technical knowledge of building construction and fire safety to make a lasting impact on the quality and safety of our homes.
This role is based in Swansea, with regular travel to properties and project sites across South Wales
