Remedial Plumber (Water Hygiene Specialist) - Service, Reactive and Install work
£34,000-£36,000 + Van + optional Overtime + Benefits
MIDLANDS
A well-established Building Services Consultancy is expanding its London team and are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Remedial Plumber to work on commercial sites in the Midlands area.
Commercial clients will include healthcare sites, office buildings, and retail premises with some travel required outside this area for annual leave coverage.
This Remedial Plumber role would suit a candidate with the following level of experience:
* 4 years as a qualified Remedial Plumber, with a Level 2 in plumbing.
* An eagerness to develop and have the confidence to provide guidance to a Plumbing Assistant.
* Experience in water hygiene duties including flushing, sampling and monitoring
* Full driving license.
* DBS Checked
The Remedial Plumber will be responsible for a range of duties including:
* Taking the lead on pipework maintenance, tank replacements, fixing taps and leak detection and the removal of deadlegs.
* Covering water hygiene tasks.
* Undertaking other PPM tasks on commercial plumbing systems where required.
* Keeping job records up to date via an iPad.
