Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber – Guildford

Up to £40,000 + Van (private use) + Benefits (Overtime)

Water Consultancy are looking for a Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber to join the team and help look after major projects in the London, Kent and Sussex area. Most sites are accessible within 90 minutes but on occasion further travel may be required.

The company provides full training where necessary, particularly for any specific compliance or safety standards, however, the Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber will need experience working on commercial sites with water hygiene knowledge being beneficial, but not essential.

Skill summary for the Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber role:

* 5+ years working as a Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber carrying out PPM, reactive and where required upgrades

* Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing

* Be based in the ideally in the West or South side of London with the ability to cover this area and further afield when needed.

* Knowledge in legionella compliance beneficial but not essential.

* Be experienced in duties including – deadleg removals and capping, stabbing points, TMV servicing, pipe refits, routine water hygiene monitoring and testing

* Hold a full driving license
