Remedial Maintenance Operative
Spalding | Monday – Friday | 37 Hours per Week | Excellent Rate of Pay
We are looking for a practical and reliable Remedial Maintenance Operative to provide additional cover within a Home Safety team in Spalding.
The role involves carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance work in tenanted properties, helping to keep homes safe and in good condition.
Duties will include:
* Carrying out mould washes in properties.
* Minor redecoration and making good.
* Resealing windows.
* Topping up loft insulation.
* Undertaking general minor repairs and maintenance.
* Working in tenants' homes in a professional and considerate manner.
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in property maintenance, repairs or general remedial work.
* A practical, hands-on approach.
* Good attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
* A reliable and professional attitude.
* Own van essential.
* Full UK driving licence.
