Rate of pay: £17 to £18 per hour

What's involved?
As the Relief Chef you will be cooking lunch and tea for 80 - 100 children and staff.
As the only chef in the kitchen, you must be happy to work on your own, have great organisation and time management skills.
You must have a good understanding of stock rotation, health and safety, risk assessment, COSHH and all kitchen management
Day time hours - no evenings
You will need:
An Enhanced DBS certificate that has been issued within the last 3 years
Up-to-date Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
Up to date Food Allergen Certificate
