We are currently looking for a Relevant Person’s Paid Representative to join our vibrant and dedicated team based ideally in Leicestershire!  

As a Relevant Person’s Paid Representative, you will support a diverse range of vulnerable adults, frequently with profound and multiple needs. You will leverage your experience to provide persuasive verbal and written representations, working independently and with professional discretion. You will handle sensitive information responsibly, travel regularly to visit beneficiaries, and ensure their voices are heard and their rights upheld. Although your main base will be from home you will ideally be located in either Leicestershire or Scunthorpe, with regular travel to visit beneficiaries across the East Midlands including North Lincolnshire & surrounding areas, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

Hours of Work: This position is flexible, available as 1x full-time (37 hours) or split into 2x part-time roles. Please specify your preference in the application.

Relevant Person’s Paid Representative Requirements:

Proven experience working with vulnerable adults, especially in health and social care settings.
Strong knowledge of public and voluntary organisations.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Fluency in handling highly sensitive information securely.
Full driver’s licence and access to your own transport.
Relevant Person’s Paid Representative Benefits:

Competitive salary starting at £23,088.00 per annum, dependent on experience.
