We have a fantastic opportunity for a Relationship Partner join our team, based in the West Midlands (Birmingham). The salary on offer is up to £85,000 + 10% performance based bonus & 6% matched pension.

About the role

The Relationship Partner plays a critical role in ensuring customers are at the heart of our business, driving a customer centric culture by ensuring customer relationships remain our top priority. You will proactively engage with customers to understand their strategic needs and seek to increase the value provided via NHSPS estate portfolio and service offerings.

This role will be responsible for strategic customer management and understanding the current and future needs of our Integrated Care Systems (ICS) covering for example, Providers, Trusts, GP's, Pharmacies. You will develop a deep understanding of their strategic objectives and estate strategy, building relationships, expanding the opportunities for us to meet the needs of the wider NHS.

You will be responsible for:

Communicating the NHSPS and functional vision and strategy, cascading key organisational messages to keep teams informed

Contributing to functional and team strategies, developing short and longer-term plans for the team

Role modelling the values and behaviours and setting the cultural tone of the team

Enabling collaboration across the function and wider business

Building organisational resilience through spotting and developing talent

Leading and embedding change and other organisational initiatives

Tackling inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement

Embracing, adopting, and embedding technology to enable business outcomes

What you will bring to the role:

Understand how to navigate a matrix organisation and work well with multiple stakeholders

Experience managing a complex customer portfolio

Excellent knowledge of customer services, operations and account management (NHS/Public Sector experience desirable)

Significant experience of working in an Account Management role

Track record of success in closing and leading complex deals across multiple customers and decision makers
