Chef de Partie - Reigate
A 3 star hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its professional kitchen team. The hotel operates 50 bedrooms, a restaurant, lounge bar, and hosts weddings, conferences, and private events.
Role
Manage your own kitchen section and maintain high food standards.
Prepare and cook fresh, scratch-made dishes.
Support restaurant service as well as weddings, banqueting, conferences, and events.
Follow food hygiene, HACCP, health and safety procedures.
Assist with stock control, waste reduction, and supporting junior staff.
Requirements
Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready for promotion.
Passion for fresh food and quality cooking.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a busy team environment.
Commitment to maintaining high standards and continuing professional development.
