Join Brainkind as a Rehabilitation Support Worker and support adults with brain injuries and neurological conditions to develop skills, build confidence, and achieve greater independence.

We welcome applications from experienced carers and support workers, as well as those with transferable skills from other care settings.

What you'll do

* Support individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and rehabilitation goals.

* Encourage independence and help service users achieve personal milestones.

* Assist with social, leisure, educational, and community activities.

* Work closely with colleagues to provide high-quality, person-centred support.

* Help create a positive and engaging environment for service users.

About you

✔ At least 12 months' UK care experience

✔ Compassionate, patient, and resilient

✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills

✔ Good organisational and time management abilities

✔ Passion for supporting people to reach their goals
