You will be caring for male and female patients with diverse diagnoses such as autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, mental illness, and personality disorder. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and treatments, including structured risk assessments and interventions.
Facilitate one-to-one and group-based therapy sessions.
Implement specialist psychological interventions following NICE and best practice guidelines.
Participate in multidisciplinary team efforts to promote a psychologically informed approach.
Engage in trauma-informed practices, staff training, reflective practice, and service development.
Supervise and mentor aspiring psychologists and trainees.
Qualifications and Skills:

HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
Enthusiastic and motivated with experience in forensic, clinical, or counselling psychology.
Experience with complex patients in secure settings is advantageous.
Applications from newly qualified psychologists or those awaiting qualification are welcome.
Open to part-time or flexible working arrangements.
