Cureyoursearch is proud to represent a fabulous nursing home in Chorley, recently acquired by new ownership with a passion for exceptional care. They are seeking a driven and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their team as the Registered Nursing Home Manager.
In this rewarding role, you will:
Provide strong leadership and direction to ensure the smooth running of the home, fostering a positive and resident-centred culture.
Champion high standards of care, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practices.
Lead a dedicated team of nurses, carers, and support staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment.
Oversee resident well-being, working closely with families and healthcare professionals to deliver personalised care plans.
The Registered Nursing Home Manager candidate:
Must have nursing home management experience
Ideally be a registered nurse
Excel in managing complex situations and making sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
The Registered Nursing Home Manager Package:

The interview process for this role will be two stage.
Stage one – Teams interview with the senior management team.
Stage two – Face to Face interview and meeting with members of the senior management team.
