We have a robust and indepth onboarding process where as a new employee, you’ll first complete your training and paid induction. As part of your induction, you will shadow another member of your team. This helps you understand your new role and get to know people in your team.
Your colleagues and management team will work with you during your induction to help you put your training into practice and answer any questions you may have. You’ll start building your own support network from day one – this will include your management team, colleagues and departments at Group Support.
Your ongoing development, whether it be studying for an NVQ, refresher or specific clinic training is invested in too.
We are looking for fun, caring, compassionate and flexible registered nurses to support our client with complex care needs in their own home. The successful candidate would be expected to work on a one to one basis providing clinical and personal care.
Experience in the field of complex care is desirable especially in the management of BiPAP, PEG, and diabetes.
Our experienced nursing team will teach, train and support you until you have the required skills, competence and confidence to provide the highest quality care.
Your day to day activities will include:
PEG Feeding
Diabetes
Non invasive ventilation
Oral suctioning
Oxygen Therapy
