Registered Nurse - Outpatient position in Northwood
Location: Northwood, Private Hospital
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £34,000 per annum
A private hospital in Northwood is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join its Outpatient team. The hospital is looking for a highly skilled professional to play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to patients throughout their outpatient journey.
Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients in the outpatient setting.
Administering medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitoring and assessing patient conditions, providing timely and appropriate interventions.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.
Educating patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
Assisting in the preparation and execution of outpatient procedures and examinations.
Ensuring compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards in the outpatient setting.
Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Upholding the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC registration.
Previous experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting is desirable.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
